1 Introduction

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bb777. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. If bb777 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. bb777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bb777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bb777 support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bb777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or as part of ongoing account monitoring. bb777 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the satisfactory completion of KYC checks.

3.3 Account Currency

All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bb777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. There are no internal currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside bb777's control.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bb777 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳150 to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. To reactivate your account simply log in at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bb777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and major international card networks including Visa and Mastercard where available. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and account history. bb777 reserves the right to adjust individual transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bb777 account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking business days to appear in your account. bb777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required. 4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

bb777 applies a return-to-source policy: funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. Where the original method is no longer available, you must contact support and supply satisfactory documentation before an alternative can be approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk; exploiting errors in bonus configurations; and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled and winnings derived from abuse may be voided.

5.4 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. bb777 reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event where it can be demonstrated that the player had access to information about the outcome not available to the general public at the time of bet placement. Void bets are refunded at the stake amount.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at bb777's discretion. Odds on live markets can change rapidly and bb777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds stated at the time of acceptance, subject to these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening more than one account in your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any form of multi-player betting.

bb777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bb777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your bb777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by bb777

bb777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or if continued operation of your account would expose bb777 to legal or regulatory risk. In the event of closure due to breach, any balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your bb777 account, transactions, or any service provided by bb777, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team. bb777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within ten (10) business days. If your complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, bb777 will advise you on the escalation process available.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to bb777's operating entity, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.

13.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from a translation into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.

14 Amendments

bb777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the bb777 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
